My Approach:
I view therapy as a collaborative process and work together with you to determine our treatment goals and identify approaches that may be useful for you. Our working relationship is a key element of the therapy process, and I integrate a range of evidence based treatments, such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, depending on your needs. I am committed to promoting resilience and development of healthy and positive coping, and I take a strengths based approach to therapy while supporting you in managing and addressing challenges that brought you to therapy.
